Do you have a physical store?

We don’t have a permanent physical store location, no. But we will soon have pop-up stands all around Australia, where you will be able to find us. Stay tuned (link to What’s On page) to see where we will be!

I have purchased an item. What now?

Once your payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email* that your order has come through. We will then process your purchase and get your items ready for delivery. After doing a final check, your items will be picked up by Australia Post at the next available point of time and dispatched to you.

Are there delivery costs?

For orders of less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $.9.95 per order, anywhere in Australia. For orders more than $50, shipping is FREE!

How long does delivery take?

Our products are shipped from the Gold Coast. If you place an order before 10am, the following timeline is a good estimate. However, please note that sometimes couriers can take longer, depending on their workload. See our delivery schedule timetable for more information.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, simply return your item/s within 30 days. The item/s must be in their original condition and with their original tag attached. Your refund will be issued to the same payment method you have used for purchase after approving that the returned item is in its original state. You will be responsible to cover your own return shipping costs.

What if my item(s) is damaged or faulty?

If your item/s are damaged or faulty, you will receive a full refund of the item/s purchased and we will also cover return shipping costs. Please ensure to keep your purchase receipt and return shipping receipt. We cannot offer a refund without proof of receipt.

Can I return an item for exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please view our return policy to see how to return an item.

I have received a different item(s) to what I ordered. What now?

Apologies for that! Please get in touch with us so we can investigate this issue further and make sure to get the right item/s out to you.

Do you deliver internationally?

No, we only deliver Australia wide.

What is your Warranty & Care?

Unfortunately, we do not offer warranty on our products. Please make sure to check your item/s when you receive them and view our return policy if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

• Try to wash and dry inside out
• Do not tumble dry
• Store correctly
• Treat stains immediately after they occur
